Invisible Connection (Crab Nebula)

This work is a diptych using etched copper circuit boards as a medium. The boards are fitted with an IR (infrared) transmitter and receiver, like those found on your TV remote, and they interact by sending an intermittent signal like that of the crab pulsar. In a sense, one part talks while the other listens and interprets the signal into visible light and sound.
